Absolutely. Klinic Konnect is designed to grow with your clinic. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add/remove individual services at any time. Changes typically take effect from the next billing cycle with no hidden fees.

We offer half-yearly and yearly billing. Half-yearly plans come with a 15% discount, and yearly plans come with a significant discount of up to 20%. There are no lock-in contracts — you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice.

All plans include a dedicated onboarding session, profile setup, initial configuration of your chosen services, and staff training. Onboarding is completed within 5–7 business days of sign-up. Our support team remains available post-onboarding via chat, email, and phone.
