Klinic Suite (operated by Klinic Konnect Pvt. Ltd., "Klinic Suite", "we", "us", "our") provides clinic management software and clinic marketing services for healthcare practices in India. This policy explains what information we collect through klinicsuite.com, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
This website is primarily a marketing site: it describes our products (Klinic Konnect and the Klinic Automate, Engage, Leads, Manage, Online, Promote, and Visibility services) and lets you request a demo or get in touch. The information below covers what happens when you browse the site, use the pricing builder, or submit the contact/demo request form.
If you later become a customer, your use of our actual software and services will additionally be governed by a separate service agreement provided at the time of sign-up, which will include its own data-handling terms specific to patient and clinic operational data processed within the product.
We collect information in two ways:

Your email address and mobile number are verified using a one-time password (OTP) before your request is submitted — see OTP verification below.
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard technical information for security and troubleshooting purposes — such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested — in server access logs. We do not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts (e.g. Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) on this site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
To confirm that a real person with access to the stated email and phone number is submitting the form, we generate a one-time 6-digit code and send it to that email address (via our email provider) and mobile number (via SMS, using a DLT-registered sender ID and template, as required by Indian telecom regulations). The code is temporarily stored against your browser session, expires after 5 minutes, and is discarded once used or expired. By requesting a code, you consent to receiving that one SMS/email for verification purposes.
We share the minimum information necessary with the following service providers, solely to operate the site and deliver your request:
We also load fonts from Google Fonts and common front-end libraries (Bootstrap, jQuery, Font Awesome) from their respective content delivery networks. Loading these resources may expose your IP address to those providers as a standard part of how web browsers fetch remote files. We do not share your information with any other third party, and we never sell it.
We use a single first-party session cookie
(PHPSESSID) to keep track of your OTP verification
state while you fill out the demo request form. This cookie is
strictly functional, expires when your browser session ends, and
is not used for tracking or advertising. We do not currently use
any third-party analytics or marketing cookies.
We retain demo request submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of our communications with you, and no longer than needed for that purpose or as required by applicable law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see Your rights below.
The site is served over HTTPS, and OTP codes are compared using constant-time comparison to reduce timing-based attacks. Access to submitted enquiry data is limited to authorised team members who need it to respond to your request. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information.

Klinic Suite is a business-to-business service intended for clinic owners, doctors, and healthcare administrators. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under the age of 18.
